Natural health cures
Health is wealth. Yes it is! In this day and age, life threatening diseases have increased. Many people are suffering from heart problems, high blood pressure, cancer, kidney problems, etc. And when people get ill or sick, they tend to resort or use the modern medicine. They go to their doctors to get prescription drugs. They hesitate to seek the natural health cures.
To improve your health and live a long and healthy life, you must take some important measures. We have to take care of ourselves by eating better foods, taking adequate sleep, and exercise.
In this busy world, people would just go for fast foods and not sleep at all. These are contributing factors why people get ill or sick.
I personally consider the natural health cures. My dad who had a heart attack last year is slowly recuperating. He changed his lifestyle and diet. And I believe that his heart condition was due to poor diet and lack of exercise. I remember my dear grandma, she was very active and she ate a lot of fruits and vegetables. She died at 94. She had a healthy lifestyle. She is my inspiration in living a healthy lifestyle.
I really wonder why many people are reluctant to try natural health cures when in fact, there are many cancer survivors that have escaped death because they changed their diet and lifestyle.
Fun vacation
I really enjoyed our vacation here in Oregon. I’m glad that I brought my laptop with me so I can still do blogging. I can check my emails, messages, etc. So far, our vacation here is full of fun. We jog almost every day. In fact, we jogged in the rain the other day. I didn’t know that it’s fun to run in the rain until I tried it. While jogging in the trail, me and my niece saw a few coyotes behind us about 300 ft away. We ran off as much as we can. It was very scary because our companions were way ahead of us. We shouted so they could hear us. Thank God, the coyotes didn’t follow us. Coyotes could kill us anytime. That’s one of the things that I can’t forget during our vacation.
Losing weight takes time
Losing weight takes time but it sure is worth it. We know that overweight or obesity can cause all sorts of health problems or issues, such as, high blood pressure, heart diseases, kidney problems, cancer and many others. Life is short, so we should enjoy it while we can. I have some friends who are overweight and tried losing weight. It took them time until they reached their goals. Losing weight cannot be done overweight so don’t expect immediate results. You can expect your body to lose weight right away.
However, you have to be patient and courageous in this matter. Don’t get frustrated (which is normal) and discouraged too. Don’t compare yourself to others. Some people may lose weight right away, while others don’t. Patience is the key to losing weight.
There are many ways to lose weight. You can undergo surgery, take diet pills to burn fat, workout, control your diet, etc. Pick your choice. But take note you should consult your doctor or primary physician regarding this matter. Your doctor knows your health condition more than you do.
Like I said, losing weight takes time. It may take months and months but you know what, it’s really worthwhile.
Happy New Year!!!
Happy New Year everyone!
I was in bed when midnight struck. Actually, I fell asleep at around 10PM, I was gonna wake up at 11PM to stay up until midnight, but I wasn’t able to. I was really tired. I had a long day yesterday and plus, I stayed up late the other night. I woke up before midnight to use the bathroom, but everyone was already asleep. I just went back to bed and listen to the fireworks outside. When I was a kid, my family would stay up late to welcome the new year. We would watch fireworks and listen to firecrackers in our neighborhood. It was really fun. I missed those times. When I got married and moved here in the U.S, I don’t do that stuff anymore. New Year’s eve is celebrated in a different way here. Anyhow, Happy New Year to everyone!
A fall transitional bag for the changing seasons
Guest post written by Melissa Sloane
I always get so excited around this time of the year because before you know it, it’s time for Halloween and then Christmas! But before all of that, I get to go shopping for fall clothes! I get so excited about all of the new trends and all of the Fashion Week coverage. Needless to say, I’ve been covering Fashion Week like crazy and even though I already know what’s going to be going on for the fall season, I can’t wait to try out some of the spring stuff too.
But first things first, I have to worry about finding a good transitional bag for fall. I’ve been looking on my wireless internet Boston to find the perfect bag and I’ve actually found the perfect one!
I did find a really great fall transitional bag, it’s a canvas color blocking one that’s teal on top and black on the bottom. Plus it has so much room for all my stuff in it! I’m really bad about carrying half my belongings around with me, so at least I’ll do it in style.
