I have been drinking lemon water lately. And I noticed some benefits from it. Lemon water is very beneficial to our body. I love the tarty flavor of lemon juice in my water. Lemons are very popular in culinary and medicinal uses. You can use lemons in making lemon chicken, lemonade, baking lemon cakes, and the like. Lemon is very rich in Vitamin C. You can also find vitamin B, riboflavin, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, protein and carbohydrates in lemons.

Stress
Stress is something that we seem to have become too much. In other words, we are congested and speculate or question if we can handle the situation or cope with the demands or not. Sometimes, stress can get us going in order to attain our goals in life. Anything that acts a challenge or an intimidation to our welfare is a stress. When stress control our mental, spiritual and physical well being, hence, they are not good. That’s a bad sign. When we are under stress, some biological issues happen. Computer vision syndrome
What is computer vision syndrome or CVS? Computer vision syndrome is a temporary eye condition resulting from spending hours daily in front of a computer screen or focusing the eyes on a computer display for long period. This is the common eye condition among computer users nowadays.

The top of the screen should be at eye level. The ideal gaze angle is 10 to 20 degrees below the eye. A screen that is too high can lead to dry, irritated eyes because it forces you to constantly keep your eyes wide open and blink less frequently. A screen that is too high can also cause headaches and neck and upper back pain because the head is tilted back to see.
Get hydrated. Drink a lot of liquids. Insuffient water intake can worsen irritated, dry eyes.
Take a break every 20 minutes and stare at the something that is 20 feet from you.
