I was really in the mood for exercise today. Before 10 AM, I was already done with it. Overall, it was a 40-minute exercise – combination of cardio, stretching, crunches and work out. I want to get back into shape, fit and healthy. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not fat at all. I only weigh about 105 lbs., but I need to lose some extra fats and flatten my belly (lol). I’m not getting any younger, I really want to start taking care of myself. I want to be able to play with my kid as often as I could. And plus, I want to be physically fit and sexy for my husband (lol). Anyhow, my point is I’m going to exercise every day. Actually, I started doing this since the 26th of December. I’m in the 2nd week now. Eventually, I’ll mix it with jogging and walking on Saturdays and Sundays. Let’s see what’s going to happen. I’m hoping that I’d be able to post a testimony here someday.
