Get back in shape

Good morning everyone! I woke up feeling better today. My legs were sore from jogging on Sunday. I jogged on hills. It was really good and I had a lot of fun, though I had to suffer from muscle sore. Anyhow, I want to make a habit of going to the gym three timesĀ  a day. Honestly, I got a gym membership since December but I haven’t gone to the gym yet. I think I’ve been kind of lazy to go. It just seems easier for me to go the park and jog there. IĀ  guess, I really have to motivate myself to the gym because I paid hundred bucks something for the membership and $8 for the monthly fee. I want to get back in shape and be more active this year and the coming years. That’s one of my goals!
